Xiringuito Escribà

The renowned chef Joan Escribà, whose Xiringuito Escribà is a benchmark of Mediterranean cuisine in Barcelona, was preparing to launch a new restaurant in Japan, where he would introduce Japanese audiences to his famous paellas.

To promote this exciting venture, he teamed up with the creative minds at Cuinlab, who developed a tailor-made campaign. The highlight of the campaign was this manga-inspired comic, which follows the adventures of Chef Joan Escribà as he reveals the secrets behind his signature rice dishes.

The comic was made available to customers in Tokyo, and physical copies quickly sold out, becoming a hit among locals and fans of his cuisine.
